TAA Members Author Third Edition of Nutrition Textbook

Steven NizielskiJamie PopeTAA members Jamie Pope and Steven Nizielski are excited to announce the release of the third edition of their introductory nutrition textbook, Nutrition for a Changing World, published by Macmillan Learning in partnership with Scientific American. As with past editions, the journalistic approach connects students to nutrition science through real stories, real people, and real discoveries. The third edition features the most current research, refreshed visuals, and new data throughout, with an evidence-based integration of the new 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The second edition received the TAA Textbook Excellence Award in 2020. Congratulations, Jamie and Steven!
