His most recent publications are Data Abstraction & Problem Solving with C++: Walls and Mirrors, 7e and Data Structures and Abstractions with Java, 4e. He has two other titles that are no longer in print.
What are you currently working on?
The fifth edition of Data Structures and Abstractions with Java. The book is in production, and I am checking page proofs.

Completed the manuscript for the fifth edition of Data Structures and Abstractions with Java.
What is your favorite textbook writing tip or strategy?
Write during your most productive time of day. I write in the morning. By 1 p.m., I can’t sit still anymore, so I head to the gym!
What is your best TAA experience so far?
The annual conferences. In 2016, The sixth edition of Data Abstraction & Problem Solving with C++: Walls and Mirrors received the McGuffey Longevity award. And in 2017, I met some amazing authors who have become good friends.
