2026 TAA Institute Bookstore Featured Book, ‘Environmental Science’

Environmental Science by Mark McReynolds and Karen McReynolds is critical for high school and university students. Their text is unique in applying Christian teaching to environmental issues like the wicked problem of climate change. The coauthors are a PhD and MS couple who teach environmental science at the university level. They believe that if students know the world they may begin to love it and be motivated to take care of it. They cover the complete AP syllabus adding Christian creation care, history, economics, ethics, and politics. “We emphasize what we know, what we can do, and encourage students to hope while caring for God’s creation.”
